SOLVAY FINANCE (AMERICA) LLC., a wholly owned subsidiary of SYENSQO SA/NV established under the Laws of Belgium, hereby notifies that it has opted for the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg as its “Home Member State” pursuant to the Luxembourg Transparency Law of 11 January 2008.

Consequently, SOLVAY FINANCE (AMERICA) LLC will make all filings towards the public and the relevant Luxembourg authorities in accordance with the laws and regulations governing the Luxembourg financial markets.
